Fee Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Fee for the session should be paid in advance, after confirming the Time-slot.
  • For Cancellation or Rescheduling of a Confirmed session, You should inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that you can either demand a full refund (less applicable charges, if any), or reschedule the Session to another Time-slot. Refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment is not eligible for a refund.
  • If you don’t show up for a Session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for any refund.
